Who can apply?
Current and former PE and kinesiology faculty, coaches and athletic directors, school and college administrators, education sales professionals, and fitness and wellness professionals with real relationships in physical education. Every application is reviewed individually, and membership is limited.
What does an associate earn?
Associates earn 20% of the Collected Revenue from each program they originate: the course and program access eFit actually receives, after refunds, taxes and third-party fees. Each account pays every term for 5 years from eFit's first collection on it. There is no fee to join.
How long does review take?
Most applicants hear from us within 10 business days. Strong applicants are invited to a short conversation with the program team.
Do I need sales experience?
Relationships and credibility matter most. Many strong associates are educators who know the chairs and instructors in their region. The portal, playbook and certification supply the rest.
How are programs credited to me?
By registering the institution in your portal before you introduce it. eFit answers within 10 business days, or the registration is treated as accepted, and accepted registrations are protected for 18 months. When the institution pays eFit during that time it becomes your account, including growth across all of its campuses.
When am I paid?
Twice a year: January through June is paid by August 15, and July through December is paid by February 15, by direct deposit or check, with an itemized statement for every account.
Is this employment?
Associates are independent contractors. You choose whom you approach and when, and you keep a professional disclosure in everything you share.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no fee, no inventory and no purchase requirement.
