Your institution pays no license fee for the platform, so the number worth pricing is instructor time. Institutions on eFit report saving 10+ hours per semester on grading and data entry. Move the sliders to see what that looks like for your own sections.

The estimate assumes a 16-week semester and counts four recurring jobs: weekly activity grading, weekly data entry, two fitness assessment cycles, and the reminder emails you would otherwise send by hand. Campuses in our case studies report up to 80% of that manual work removed, with a 98% renewal rate across partner institutions.

Bookstore Listings, Bulk Invoices, and Purchase Orders

An individual instructor needs nothing from purchasing. Faculty accounts are free, so you can build a course, run a section, and export grades without opening a requisition. Students who buy directly pay $59 per semester at sign-up, and your department processes nothing.

To set up a bookstore listing: email sales@efit.software with your campus, your bookstore contact, the courses involved, and the term you want codes on the shelf for. We send back the listing details your bookstore needs to stock access codes with your other course materials. Students then buy a code at the bookstore and redeem it in class.

To buy seats in bulk: tell us your expected student headcount per term and the academic year you are planning for. Bulk pricing is quoted per institution, and the quote covers student access for the seats you buy, on one invoice or purchase order your business office can process. Your program distributes those seats to enrolled students.

    • Written quote for the seat count and academic year you name
    • One invoice or purchase order per term, with a single renewal date
    • Vendor forms, W-9 requests, and supplier registration handled by email
    • FERPA, ADA, SSAE-16, and 256-bit SSL details for your IT and procurement review
    • Details on our WCAG 2.2 AAA accessibility work for campuses that run their own review

Send This With Your First Email

Including these six items in your first message to sales@efit.software usually gets a bookstore listing or a bulk quote back in one round trip.

    1. Whether you want a bookstore listing, a bulk seat quote, or both.
    2. Institution and campus name, plus the departments involved.
    3. Your LMS and version: D2L Brightspace, Blackboard Learn, Canvas, Moodle, Schoology, or SAP Litmos.
    4. Expected student headcount per term and the number of sections.
    5. The term you want to launch, and the date your PO has to be submitted.
    6. Your bookstore contact, your purchasing contact, and any vendor forms your campus requires.

Start With One Section, Then Scale

A three-step path most departments follow from first course to campus rollout.

    1

    Set up one section

Build your first course in about 15 minutes on a free faculty account, and run the free demo before any student purchase. Student access for the term is $59 per semester.

    2

Take the data to your chair

Export the semester grades, pull the pre and post assessment comparison, and show the hours you recovered.

    3

    Choose how students buy

Have students purchase directly, list access codes at your bookstore, or ask for a bulk quote your purchasing office can process.

Madison College, Lone Star College, and St. Philip's College all run eFit today. Their numbers are in the case studies, and you can read more about the people behind the platform on our about page.
