Go to your course dashboard, click "Export Grades," select your LMS format (D2L, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.), choose the date range, and download the CSV file. Import this directly into your LMS gradebook.
Yes! Click on any student's name to access their profile. You can set individual step goals, activity minute targets, and custom accommodations. This is especially useful for students with disabilities or different fitness levels.
eFit uses multiple verification methods: device binding (links accounts to specific devices), GPS validation (optional), pattern analysis to detect anomalies, and timestamp verification. Suspicious activity is flagged for your review.
Your tracker (Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, Samsung, and more) syncs to Google Health. After logging into eFit, go to "Connected Devices," connect Google Health, and follow the authorization prompts. From there, eFit reads your activity and nutrition automatically.
Absolutely! Your smartphone can track steps on its own using its built-in motion sensors. Connect your phone to Google Health, and eFit reads your activity from there, with no additional device needed.
Try these steps: 1) Open your fitness app and sync manually, 2) Check that eFit still has permission in your device settings, 3) Disconnect and reconnect your device in eFit, 4) Wait 15 minutes and refresh. If issues persist, contact support.
Yes, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@efit.software with your request.
eFit works best on: Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We support the two most recent versions of each browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.
eFit is a progressive web app (PWA) that works great on mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. We also integrate with native fitness apps for step tracking.
Yes! eFit uses bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL), is FERPA compliant, and undergoes regular security audits. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Security page for details.
